1996 Bronco 5.0L Speedo not working, not shifting right, and overdrive light flashing

I just bought this Bronco and it has some problems and I need some Ideas on what might be wrong here? I changed the VSS in the rear end and that did not fix it. only codes showing are p0500 vehicle speed sensor A and P0443. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
