I decoded my 97 Grand Marquis and it's suppose to have traction control and the X5 3.27 locker. Although this is not a valid code for 97(X5 starts in 9, can it be possible? I also read that these 2 options are not available together. I also read that if your axle code starts with a letter it is a locked or posi rearend. The brake code is 3 which indicated traction control, and it does have abs. Any one have different information? This info is off the door sticker .
