1992 Crn Vic warped Cylinder heads

I was looking for some help with this motor /cylinder head compatibility. I have a pre 11/1991 Romeo 4.6 ,AOD tranny, that has two warped heads. the block can be reringed and used again.

I have located a 1995 Crn Vic motor w/70k on it. will these heads work on my block? I know that the 95' block and my tranny will not match.

Heads will work.
