i have a 1997 vic police interceptor.
its a fine motor but has an anoying issue
if i drive round town it runs fine just a bit slow on pick up also like its starved of fuel on start up.
if i drive on the motor way the car acts like it has no fuel and dies to a tick over
then clears with a splutter and pop then is fine again.. after a few miles it dies to a tick over again
i have changed the plugs, coil packs, fuel filter and had the4 car checked over but still has problems.
the code reader sayd fuel lean bank 1 and 2 /... and reads on live data fuel reaches a ,ax of 40.1 fuel intake and will go no higher. and drops to 000 when the problem appears.
any thaughts of ways to fix this problem.
