89 ford bronco rear window problems

my rear window wont roll down from the inside or the out side can anyone give me a sugestion on how to fix it?

on the inside of the tailgate is a panel after checking the fuse test the motor, i had to replace mine. fuse is in fuse box under dash.

you might want to check your vehicle manual for sure solutions, that's what i'm doing haha
