Hi I joined this site in hopes that some guru could help me out. My 96 4.6l crown vic sometimes will not start - the battery is good, motor turns over but no fire. The first time it happened, about an hour later it fnally fired up. The second time it wouldn't fire for a couple of days and then I had it towed to a local garage; new fuel line filter and fuel pump later, it worked like a charm. Until today, same darn thing but now I am at the lake 4 hours from home and on my wireless (luckily) to send this problem out to you all. I found some solution online but there is a wiring diagram that I can't quite see, and directions about repair that don't really tell you what the repair is. http://www.carquest.com/common/downloads/partsTechEngineTt4q99.cq.pdf this is the site with the supposed fix , but if anyone has a clearer diagram they can send me so I can find c103, and then some tips on what the fix actually is I sure would appreciate it. Tow is coming on monday and today is friday, so i have some time on my hands!
