I stumbled upon this site looking for help on our 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis, that has both the ABS and TC panel lights that stay on all the time, and found we could register just about all of our vehicles - we noticed ATV's boats allowed but not motorhomes, but that is okay with us. We couldn't register our other Sue - our Kelpie named Tommie Sue, Where we go, she goes that is along with Peggy Sue, Susie Q, Baby Sue, Jazzy Sue (my power wheelchair), Suz "C" (my Cricket, a mini version of a golf cart) and SueB - our Winnebago Adventurer motorhome.
