90 crown vic wagon rewired engine bay, having problem

I installed a new engine control wiring harness. engine started right up and runs fine until I reach 45 MPH, then it bogs down. I have checked all of the wiring. Does anyone have a clue?

I had a problem like this with an old buick i had and it turned out to be a shorted fuel injector
