Hey everyone! After many months of hiding in the shadows checking out the CrownVic site, i finally decided to join up and throw in my two cents worth when i can. I own a stock '94 Crown Vic which has been passed down thru the family since my Dad bought new in '94. And of course, it is cursed with the erratic stumble and constant check engine light comming on. I've cleaned out the EGR passages only to have them clogg back up most likely due to worn valve guides and seals which do indeed need repaired. This evening, looking at posted photos of clogged EGR passages under The throttle body, a thought occured...what if i was to mill away the inside edge of the passage under the TB to where the passage is completely open instead of just the three notched openings. This modification would in theory help prevent carbon build up. Any thoughts? Thanks, Rocketdog

PS Sorry everyone, I realized i just posted this in the wrong fourm. I f someone could help move my post to the proper forum, i would appreciate it.
