Posted:12/12/2009 23:08 hi all i have a 03 Explorer (2wd , 2 valve 240 hp V8 ) with little street mods like shaved roof rack and 20"... i got a new trans under warranty but the engine has well over 120k miles on it so i was thinking to may swap the engine and may upgrade the hp in the same time; i have a complete (trans, wiring, ECM) almost brand new 07 3valve 295hp V8 Explorer engine i got for cheap sitting in the shop.... anybody know of somebody who did this already ? or a forum where i could find some ideas of whats involved ? any advice is appreciated edited 12/12/2009 23:09
