2001 Crown Victoria cannot pop trunk lid - move seat - unlock doors

Is there some common fuse or relay for all these things? I checked all fuses and cannot find one that is bad. I do not have the owner's manual or a service manual for this car. The main problem is popping the trunk, since I have no trunk key either - which reminds me, I need to contact a Ford dealer and see if they can make me one by giving them the VIN number. Anyone out there do this before? - I was told it can be done.
