Have a 95 vic with an egr code and a hesitation while accelerating.
Have read most of the threads and followed the likely paths to resolve
the problem but guse what, still have the hesitation.
Have cleaned the vacume passages under the upper intake elbow,
replaced the dpfe sensor, replaced the egr solenoid, and did a vacume test
on the egr itself and saw a drop in engine rpm when vacume was applied.
Do I need to replace the egr anyway? Do I have an electrical short somewhere?
Is my ECM bad? Can't find any loose or broken vacume lines!?! I'm lost..........
Please help save my Crown Vic......
