1997 ford crown vic sounds like driving over rumble strips

I have a 1997 ford crown vic with 89000 miles on it, At times it feels and sounds like I am driving over rumble strips, Any ideas?

I solved this problem at about 50k by having the transmission and torque converter flushed. I now have 250k on the 97 and it just started this again. I will be flushing again this weekend. Make sure they flush the trans and torque converter
