03 p71 trany problem i think?

i have a 03 p71.when i first got it the tranny would kick down with just a light touch of the gas,now it still kicks down but not the same ,i have to give it alot of gas,the weirdest part is when im driving on snow, lite throttle,the car bucks realy hard as if the tranny is confussed and doesnt know what to do.any idea whats up ?
