well that's not nice. there are a lot of steps and special tools you must have to perform the work your asking about. the manual only cost $15-$20 and will have all the answers you need. did you really expect for him to write 10 pages of instructions and provide illustrations? getting an inexpensive manual is the best way to go. it's really not an easy job, especially if you're doing it on the ground.
