My 03 has developed power steering issues,The fluid is full-up the pump isnt noisy , but I got in it one morning and you have to drive it with two hands.It has no power assist what so ever. Any suggestions as to whether the pump went south or the rack which one? Or any other ideas would be appreciated.

Did you ever figure out the cause of your power steering issue? I myself have a 2003 with the same issues you discribed.
