why is this site sooo slooow?

I'm been a registered user for yrs.But I'm finding it very hard to renew as slow as this site has become. I've used various computers at various locations and outcome is the same (very slow) navigating and retrieving pictures. I'd like to show my pictures to friends but it takes about one minute to pull up each picture. Any help is greatly appreciated. Kenny

I agree...for some reason it is slower than other sites and I will only subscribe for free.
