01' p71 with low hp.

I got a 01' p71 crown vic with 91k on it. Car feels like it is very low on hp. Got an engine code for cylnder 3 but nuthin seems to be wrong. Coil voltage seems to be low on the left side of the engine. Can anyone help me out???

how dose the car run besides the lack of hp? you may what to do a compression check unless you fell a mis.
