1998 crown vic with a/c on i drive vehicle for 30 mins temp light (Have computer DASH) spikes up pull over pop the hood no overheating. start engine everything is ok. turn off a/c and drive no temperature light spike. As soon as i use the a/c while driving it will spike. What in the heel is this.?

Sounds like a BAD temp sensor. Check out the factory wiring manual to trace which sensor.

does this vehicle have 2 temp sensors. I changed the one on the manifold is there one on the engine block
