Excursion defects

I am filling out Lemon Law paperwork on my 2002 Excursion. I am having the following problems with my vehicle:

1. Shimmy in steering wheel. (despite replacing tires with Michelins)
2. Numerous sqeaks and rattles in interior.
3. Thump under front end after backing and beginning forward movement.
4. Engine stalls at stops.
5. Drive train vibration at 50, and 80 MPH.

I have a 2003 Excursion and I have the same vibration you mentioned. Been to the dealer multiple times with no luck in fixing.
