Help! I\\\\'ve been stuck on this for 3 days! I hear the dbl click when ign sw is turned on, but no pump sound.

I\\\\'ve been going through all the steps trying to find the problem with a no-start 1989 F-150.
Wires at battery negative were corroded, so replaced the wires and cleaned all the battery terminals. Another peculiar thing. Everyone refers to there being a black wire with green stripe on the negative battery post. There are only two black wires.


When I started to ground pin #6 of EEC TEST I found that it is not the same as shown in all the pics I\\\\'ve seen.

For the photo I draped the test module over a hose. Have any of you seen this particular one? BTW, on the top side is molded 'EEC TEST'. I don\\\\'t know which is #6 and don\\\\'t want to fry the computer.
