My 2004 crown vic is in a theft mode. The car has sat all winter and I went to start it and it was in the theft mode. Dash light blinking fast, check engine light blinking.
I put a new battery in the car and it is still in this mode.
Can someone please help me with some answers.

My Father-in-law is the Electrical Tech at a ford dealership in FL.,as soon as i get a chance to talk to him i will let you know what he says....is it a P-71 or any type of interceptor???
