Im having the same issue on my 08 P71.

Relay is in the engine compartment. 301 slot I think. I checked mine, switched out a few and still nothing. I thought it was the starter and replaced it as I had a new one sitting around, Good thing I did, there were only two bolts holding it in.

I think its my digital transmission switch (neutral safety switch) or it could be out of adjustment. This would cause a no start.

Bad ground could be another issue but I shouldn't be having any issues with my 08. Kinda bummed as it only has 72K on the odom.

Are your light on the dash working?
