Bad vibration and clunking when brake pedal is applied

Help...Just bought this truck a month ago...Have done several items to get it running...Now bad vibration is felt and clunking noise when brake is applied....Seller claimed rotors are new and in good condition...I have not yet checked them....any other ideas fellas?..Please help
