I'm brand new to the forums and in need of some help. I have a 94 cv that has been running bad for a few months. Prior to about 2 weeks ago, it would initially run fine when started. About 5 min into running it would sound like it was going to run out of gas. It would lunge while accelerating, never backfire. The only time it would idle fine is when I would put it in park or neutral. At a signal I would keep it in neutral to avoid it stalling out.
Well 2 weeks ago, it wouldn't start. It sounds like it wants to, however, doesn't turn over. I thought it was the fuel pump but when turned on, you could hear it. The fuel pressure is @ 40. I have replaced the EEC, the camshaft position sensor, fuel pump relay, a/c cut out relay, eec relay, the ignition switch and the ignition lock cylinder. The reason I replaced the lock is because the key sat cock-eyed in the ignition after someone tried to steal the car. I was told that when someone tried to steal it, the anti theft device that Ford puts on the ignition of these cars could have been set off causing it not to start. Something is draining the battery also.
I haven't ran a diagnostic on it since I put the switch in but am at my wits ends. A friend suggested using Started Fluid to see if a fuel problem exists. The car still won't start.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for reminding me about the coils, I forgot to include that in my intial posting. The coils have been tested and there is power going to the coils but no spark coming from plugs.
