i have a 01 crown vic police interceptor i replaced the fuel filther an th ebattery an on accelerration it has hardly no power an it bucks sometimes would that be the fuel preesure regulator or whats going on can someone please help me out

Check the air flow and throttle position sensor.

check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Is the check engine light on? if so you need to see what code it has.

ya the check engine codes are telling me vaccum leak whice is my gas cap i think an running lean on bank 1 an 2
