2000 Ford Excursion Front Springs?

Does a Ford Excursion and a Ford SDF250 use the same bushings in the front springs?
My stock front leaf springs are shot and I would like to know if I can install a new set of springs from an SD F250 with a 2,630lb rating.
It is a 2000 Excursin 4x4 Diesel with an 8.5' plow.
