I have dual tanks. Truck wont run for long rear tank. It runs ok for about 15 seconds then dies out and sputters. I know this year truck has the check valves built into the fuel pumps. My question is does the check valve work to prevent fuel from being used from the other tank while one pump is being used? The truck runs fine on the front tank. I think it is using fuel from the rear tank also because I can put gas in the rear tank and it gets used somehow. Do you think its safe to assume I need to only replace the rear pump?
