I don't have a diagram of your heating lines...but can you just cut the exposed in/out lines in the engine bay and insert some metal 'connectors' with or without flexible tube (plastic or rubber) banded via screw clamps (worm screw type)......like a garden hose repair....

I think the two lines are probably and inlet/outlet to the heat exchanger box under the \\'dashboard\\'...
....
maybe the back-end of it even extends into the engine compartment where you see the two lines (inlet/outlet)...

My older 1991 Lincoln TC w/ 4.6 L engine has some \\'auto climate control valve\\' attached to my inlet/outlet lines...so you should be careful w/this bypass surgery...

You might not be able to get any heat or AC if you do this bypass move....!

IF the two lines are easily detacked by removing the spring clamps or worm gear clamps...just pull them off...

find a smaller diameter piece of PVC tube, alum tube or even copper tube...Lube the connecting tube w/dishwasher soap/gel or something slippery like that....insert a small section into each end of the removed tubes...clamp them on each end...done w/the by-pass....

Hope it works out for your desired reason to by pass the heat exchanger core...

Connecting the two (2) heater hoses together will bypass the heater core, giving you no heat. However, some climate control units will not function PERIOD if the heater core is bypassed. Try it and see. And if you get no AC, reconnect the heater core.

Why do you want to bypass it anyway? If its because your AC isn't cooling properly, it may have done like mine did. I had crap jamming the flapper door preventing it from opening all the way, so I had outside and cool air mixing before entering the cabin. And it was HOT...

Once I cleaned the doors, it cools nicely....
