Hello all, I have a 99 Crown Vic with 4.6L and I am having an issue with it. I have ran thru several test and only code I get is the B1352. This is using Scantool. I have performed the test several times, what is occurring is that the car will start and run just fine however when you place it into reverse it dies immediately. now you can keep it running by accelerating and then putting into reverse but really don;t want to do this. As well when putting into drive it will continue running but seems to be bucking a little. Now I know that the B1352 is an ignition issue however I am not understanding how this would effect the shifting unless it is effecting the neutral switch somehow. Anyone have any ideas?

Bring the car to any local mechanic with a computer hook up. He should be able to lift the car up and check the transmission. If it is not the transmission then disconnect the battery and wait about 15-20 minutes, that will reset the battery which will basically do a reboot of the fuse box and everything else electronic. Hope that can help.
