Hello all, I have a 1999 Crown Vic with 4.6L and am having a problem with it. The issue is as follows, I started having issues going into reverse about a week ago and got out my Scantool and ran it and received a couple codes B1352 which is an ignition code fault, as well I received P1780 and P0703 error which I discovered later was due to my not running the test correctly and ran all test again and this only got B1352. The car starts and runs fine in Park and in Neutral but if you shift into reverse the car will immediately die unless you are goosing the accelerator as well if you shift into drive it will run but starts bucking. I have ordered an ignition switch but I am failing to understand how this would effect the shifting and running of the car unless it is effecting the neutral switch somehow. Anyone have any ideas?

you may have an issue with your torque converter.

Thanks for the reply, Can you tell me why you think it might be the Torgue Converter.
