'73 ranchero door

Found a '72 drivers door online but not sure if it will fit a '73. I know the front clip is different with the fish mouth grill and pointed fenders, but the door I am not sure of? Any help appreciated!

Actually the doors will not fit, as with the front clip the door in itself is shorter than that of a 73 -79
