I have a 98 CV the problem is that the steering will seem to wonder, its a wierd kind of off center feel. Its not loose or have any play in the box just is uncomfortable, my wife hates it. I put new tires on it and had it aligned, inspection was good. Has anyone experianced this? Thanks

CV has a tendency to do this from the steering components being worn out. I completely rebuilt my front-end (with the exception of the steering box), and although it is not a bad it before, it still wants to wander slightly. I suspect that the steering box has a worn bearing, which will cause this problem.
You said the inspection was good. The mechanic probably started grabbing parts of the steering linkage and push/pulled to see if there was any looseness. Minor looseness will often start to add up and give the entire front-end a loose feel.
You can 1- learn to live with it, or 2- see about replacing the steering box. I wish you luck.
