I just got all of my accessories mounted up on my 1987 Bronco. It has the 351W with the V belts. The belt for the alt is not lining up with the groove its supposed to be in. I am wondering if using the after market balancer is throwing this stuff off? Do some companies offer spacers to line this stuff back up or do I need to find a different balancer drive pulley?

However, it seems to me like the alt is the only one not lining up with its home. I did the 3G upgrade while the truck was apart. It looks like it could be 1-1/2" to possibly 2" off from where it should be. Has anyone else had this problem or heard of it before. I got a big case alt from a 94 Sable with the 8-1/4" spacing. Are the 7" alts any more narrow?
