I recently enrolled as an Annual Subscriber. Very shortly after the site was down for some time.
Since then, every time I return to log in my computer states that there is a "Security Certificate" issue and recommends that I not go to the site. Also, on my linked sites the same thing occurs and many other are unable to see my photos.
Also, when I replace a photo it does not take. And I cannot reorganize my pics more than one at a time in a folder. After one, I have to save and re-enter to move another one.
And the pseudo HTML formatting does not work for me on SuperMotors, as well.
No problem before I subscribed. Help... |

SeattleFSB,
I am very sorry for the recent problems we have been having, the database server we were using just couldn't hand't the growth we have seen recently. I have preparing a new one and this morning we actually rolled it out into production. The new server has SSD drives and a lot more power, I can already see an enormous difference and the server is hardly even working to keep up now.
Regarding the SSL issue, we just had to renew that and the person who did it put the wrong information in. We are resolving that issue as we speak right now, it should be working correctly very soon. All of the other issues you mentioned are probably due to the database and hopefully are better now also.
Thanks,
Dana

Mostly fixed! I removes the "s" from http (https) and my links work fine now. Now if I can get the supernotrs video to play without downloading them...
Also, when I replace an uploaded photo, I do not see any change. I will give it more time.
Thanks! |
