I have recently purchased a 2005 crown Vic police interceptor. She purrs like a kitten and drives like a dream except for one issue. The headlights like to randomly shut off. Now I've been doing my research and have concluded it's the LCM. I am not made of money and ain't no computer genius but I was wondering can you in theory have the head lights run off the battery to a toggle switch on the dash board. I've seen other vehicles have this done but I am not quit sure it would work on newer model cars. I'm taking my son outta state in a few days and it's not safe to have the headlights shut off while traveling down 95 lol. I will be getting a new LCM but for the time being I would like to use this method. Any and all advise is greatly appreciated
