the 12 volt power wire for my headunit connects to the 16 pin clip on the back of the unit. the crimp pin that came with it broke so i got a new one. i got the smalest ones they make but it doesnt fit tightly enough for me to feel comfortable.

can anyone tell me if i can use super glue to hold it in tightly??

ive done plenty of research but of course every answer is different.

headunit runs at 60-70 degrees

If you are talking about a RADIO headunit, you should be able to get another connector from a local radio shop. Another alternative is to place a bare wire and add solder to it in layers until it is "fat" enough to make GOOD contact when plugged in.
