1995 Crown Vic horn problems

Posted:4/3/2012 10:39 Hi i have a 95 crown vic and the horn buttons fell off. I replaced the buttons today and i still got nothing except a small tick when i press the button. I checked the fuse under the dash and its good. What else should i do??? I cant pass inspection without this so any help would be useful. Thanks!
