Best Lift For a 95 Bronco?

Im soon to add a lift to my 95 Bronco. Preferably 6 inchs. I was looking for a little advice. Anyone had a shitty time with a certain lift. I need to decide soon so i can throw it on the bronco. I was thinking trailmaster. Thanks

See the response I got from Boulderbronco. He recommends Rancho for a 4". For a 6" I don't know if he would recommend different. I've looked into this for a couple months now. The problem is all the kits give you different options. Some include rear blocks (crappy) and some include rear springs. Others have offset extended radius arms others don't. My dilemma now is should I go to 6". I really wanted 35's but I'm not a serious off road guy so I don't want the truck to look like bigfoot! can't decide I guess.

Like Larry said most kits have small differences. First, decide whether you want 4" or 6". Rancho only makes a 4" kit so go with them if thats what you want. If it's 6" you are after go with Superlift. Either way it is a good idea to spend the extra $250 and get the extended radius arms. They allow for better articulation and better tire contact with the road. The Superlift shocks are pretty much crap so if you can get the Rancho shocks. The 5000 series are fine but I believe they discontinued making them so it may be though to get them. After those you have the 9000 series shocks which are better but more expensive. They can be adjusted to 6 different ride variences so you can cater to whatever style driving you are doing. They also offer an in-cab adjustment kit which is pretty cool. As for the rear blocks they are a decent and cheaper way to get the lift. I went with a 2.5" block and an add-a-leaf. You can get a completely new spring pack if you want them. When you order talk to the rep about blocks, add-a-leafs and new spring packs to see which you would like. Lastly you can fit 33's with a 4" kit no problem. But if you want 35's and 4" of lift you will have a little rubbing so you will probably have to do some minor fender and/or bumper trimming. With the 6" kit there is no rubbing unless you have the front valence on the bottom of the bumper. I just ripped mine off. Sorry that was so long but there is alot of info to go over. I have gradated from high school, and as a gift, my dad wanted to put a small lift on my 95 bronco and put larger tires on it. I currently have no lift and 31" all-terrains. My boyfriend says that a lift for a ford would cost a lot of money and the lift would be too difficult b/c of the suspension lift. Is there a cost-effective way to go about this? I want a small lift infront to accomodate 32", and I don't believe I would need a lift in the back.

You can get 1.5" springs in the front. They will raise the front to level with the rear. You could probably come close to fitting 33's if you wanted. They will run you about $125 and either Rancho or Superlift should still carry them. If all you want is an inch or two this is the best way. However if you are going to possibly want to wheel it I would get a lift kit. I have found in my experiences that after a while guys (and gals) wish they had gone with a bigger lift. Be sure to get exactly what YOU want because you will not be happy if you don't.

Amy, you can run 32x11.50R15 tires on your stock rims WITHOUT any kind of lift. You can even fit 33's, but will rub the fender edges a little when turning in the driveway or crossing a ditch. Not a real problem, unless you're driving over 20 mph while off-roading over rough trails. You can also have the front bumper moved forward a bit or trim the corners if the tires rub.

Mitch, I have not heard of any major problems with Trailmaster lifts. I am getting a Skyjacker 6" susp. lift on my 84 Bronco. Total cost including rear leafspring packs, 6 Rancho 5000 shocks, and labor is $1300. For four 35x12.50 BFG KMT's and MT Classic 15x8 rims is another $1100.

For amy....The easiest ticket to 33's is a 3 in body lift. Only about 100$. Lift kits for fords are cost effective. And because of DOT regualtions, they all are pretty much the same. I also recomend the 2in front lift to level her stance. A 4in superlift is a good way to go also, if you don't like the body lift look.
