she finalllly runs, although the tstat housing has a tiny leak bc the aftermarket gasket...but no worries tmw im gna pick up a genuine ford one and finally go for a well deserved drive.

this weekend (if its nice out ) i shall do a brake job

That is awesome! It's well worth the work. By the way I love my spacer it is getting me about 3 more mpg unless I put my foot in it.

By the way the brakes on these Vics are super easy I usually take my time the first time I do brakes on a car and I was done in like an hour and a half.

im glad someone else digs the spacer mod! theres too many TB spacer nazis haha, i know once it got started and i revved it to the floor a few times i could hear it BREATHE for the first time since ive had it. i can tell a huge difference just by revving.

ya i figured if i can do brakes on a scion and an explorer then i can do brakes on a crown vic. pads are a piece o cake for sure.

The Helix TB spacer won't truly help. You could have put a 1 in spacer in and accomplished the same sound and feel. Even Consumer Reports have said the same thing. More hype than real work.

IMHO I would have left the oil cooler in. The Ford's need all the cooling they can get from the way we run them.

well the thing with oil cooler is:i posted previously that when i bought the car it was never hooked up...someone literaly cut a space in the bottom rad hose and just let it the sit there, the oil lines were never connected.. ill post a pic tmw of what it looks like.

but ive never had overheating problems whatsoever

and the spacer im sure its not much and to some not worth it but it was 40$ and the helix was the actually the cheapest one so i got it

note:it would be nice to reinstall the oil cooler but i dont know how and dont have funds right now

wizz im always by the bud plant on news 11 this am they had a story that the plant is planning to boost production of bud platinum cuz its selling so well... mmmmmmm

Bud's expansion probably due to your frequent trips to the pkg store....while working on your sled....
