Loud humming

IAC was replaced over 6 months - but the humming started only 2 weeks after it was replaced. Last week I replaced the drive belt, idle pulley, air filter, and fuel filter. Car still hums, and the noise sounds like it is coming from the same area the IAC is in - any thoughts?
