Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum. I have a 1998 crown vic that has had this noise for a while( maybe 20.000 miles or so and I'm lost . Near the end of the video to make noise go away I stated that i put the car in drive to make it go away, I ment to say i put it in park. Also to bore scope I could not get it all the way up to the flex plate bolts to see any cracks. After I unbolted the flywheel to see if I could see a crack when I bolted the flywheel back up it makes this noise a little louder when the car is first started up in the morning in park and goes away after about 2 minutes. Also sometimes the noise is louder than other times.
