I you have a P71 with the inline oil-to-water cooler, the addco kit will be difficult to fit because it doesn't have the proper curved section to miss the oil cooler. Just use the P71 sway bar with the proper Energy Suspension bushings.
Be sure to measure your sway bar, 'cause 1.5 mm will make a difference in the handling with the bushings. I thought I had a 29.5mm sway bar, ordered the bushings for that, and found out I had a 28mm sway bar. It felt like I had no sway bar on the car. When I went for a drive, it felt "loose". After re-ordering (after I measured it) the CORRECT bushings, it made a world of difference.

The Addco front swaybar now comes with a small spacer to account for the oil cooler lines. I have Addco front and rear swaybars and they fit perfectly, the car is stuck to the ground on the AutoX course. The first suspension upgrade I made was Heinous billet control arms and those made a definite difference that could be felt. I have now replaced the watts link with a Metco billet one, new springs and KYB front/rear shocks and then did the Addco's last. |

Heinous control arms were through a group buy on CVN orchestrated by Chris(ADTR.net) when they were first made and the watts link was last year through JLT Performance(www.jlttruecoldair.com) a sponsor on MM.net |
