Hi. This is probably about the 24th car I've owned (I'm 64 yrs. old). It's not my first Ford but my first Ranchero. My name is Ron and a friend already started calling me Ronchero. I expected that. Just got it yesterday. I was searching the Portland (Oregon) Craigslist for something to haul stuff and it turns out this thing was 3 blocks away (in Camas, WA.) and for sale by the same guy we bought my wife's '66 Mustang from about 16 years ago.

What a HUGE beast. Smooth running 302 and the body has no cancer, but lots of places with surface rust, and a few missing pieces here and there. Green inside and out. I never saw so much green. I'll fit right in on St. Patrick's Day.

So now it's time to start collecting stuff like tailgate molding clips, headliner, sandpaper, primer, etc., and hearing comments like "Are you going out to work on that thing again?" I love this stuff.
