If your wipers STAY ON all the time, then you got a bad switch or a short in the circuit. Have you replaced the windshield wiper switch on the column? Have you replaced the wiper motor? I have had a wiper motor with bad contacts inside KEEP RUNNING until the fuse was pulled.

I just had that happen to my 2003 Crown Vic. It turned out to be a bad battery. When I put a new one in it stopped. I haven't had the problem for about 3 months. |
