my 99 cv has a glitching or bucking between 70-80 km/h and its worst when it wet outside , any idea's

Sounds like you have water on your coils. Remove them carefully, and clean them out, using paper towels or whatever to get rid of the water. Some cars including the Mustangs are bad for collecting water at the plugs. If the coil isn't replaced properly, they will collect it again.

i kind of thought this but it only seems to act up between like i stated 70/80 km/h and even on dry days , thanks for your imput

My 200o crown vic did this as well it turned out to be a bad coil. No check engine light ever came on.
