Audio sound problems

I have 4 6x9 kenwood speakers in my door & back dash. I also have a Sony CD player as my head unit with tweeter in the car too. I turn the radio on and up but it's no sound coming out what could it be??

Perhaps the problem is less tight dampers having second thoughts so the sound came out ..
