Hey guys, I was doing doughnuts the the other night, drifting in the snow. My steering was working fine until I stopped and tried to move the wheel but it didn't budge unless I stepped on the gas. I am not sure if it is the actual pump that is broken or if it just needs power steering fluid. If someone knows what is going on let me know.

If it didn't start to turn until you gave it some gas, but the car didn't move, then its low fluid. If it didn't turn until the car started to move forward after you gave it gas, then check the belt.

.PLANS:: engine upgrade, 5.4L 2v stroker, rebuild interior in leather w/ buckets, thinking about turbos

I mean, I could move it when I was standing still, but it is extremely hard. Also, is it safe to drive the car without power steering? like is it good or bad for the car?
