Just got a 1990 F150 Lariat with a 302 and automatic. The 185 BHP is weak and needs to breathe better. Any suggestions for new cylinder heads? Nothing radical just a little more performance. And for the exhaust, it is a single which I would like to change to a dual. Does anyone know of a dual exhaust conversion kit that's good? All suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Head pipes are ceramic coated on both the inside and outside of the head pipes; improving exhaust flow and reducing ambient heat up to 300deg. Lower pipe temperatures are more comfortable for the rider and passenger.

my guess is the motor needs an overhaul, adding parts to a weak motor is foolish.
