99 crown vic neg 40 deg coolant temp

car runs like flooding no cel no codes scan data ect -40 deg ck sensor and wiring sub sensor same reading ck ref volts at sensor 9.4 volts spec 5 volts ? disconnect pcm still 9.4 volts w key on disconnect harness connector near brake master cyl 0 volts ck continuity r/w wire .4 ohms ok removed r/w wire from connector reconnect connector 0 volts connected w key on short to voltage in harness ? reconnectr/w wire at eng harness connector wiring schematic shows r/w wire to inst cluster remover connector at cluster now at sensor connector 0 volts not 5 volts scan data shows -40 deg ? i need help is cluster bad did short kill circuit in pcm why did it never set a code if data is low reading iat normal 80 deg all other scan data looks ok i pray some one has a awnser thank you all for your time if im in the wrong place to post tell me

Sorry Brother, My hart goes out to you . I only could follow along for the first and last thought everything else I couldn't Follow. BUT I am not a Complete Idiot and I am a Computer Lab Tech with a few Inventions AND Also work as a Actor in Hollywood Ca,(As I drag this along to the helpful hint..)
So first You have Nothing to complain about NOT Getting a Error code. That is good.

If you want a Error code Well MAKE ONE. You know what would make a Coed . Do something to make a error come up. Then if you are still having the Light come on that might help.

( Note MY CV dos have a ERROR Code P0192 Car runs good A-!) But My Check Engine Light DOS NOT go on AFTER my first try in the morning. After that it dos not come on all day.(My Problem CNG C.V. reads P0192 Low fuel Presser sensor) Car is not suppose to be running with this error. (Note I also get my Front Speed sensor on both tiers I took them off and cleaned the Iron from the little magnets on both sides of the sensor) I still get that Code .
I Hope that I was a little amusing and helpful 1 out of 2 is okay with mt and my average....
